Pete and Claire have just called to say they are 10 miles from La Ceiba on mainland Honduras and will be there in a few hours. ETA 16:40 GMT (10:40 local time).
Progress has been slower than anticipated, the wind has either been non-existent or on the nose and they have motored much of the way since Swan Islands.
Yesterday afternoon they met friends David and Alice with their boat at Guanaja and had a nice rest for a few hours.
They have been trying to catch fish but without luck so far ... Pete says the full moon has been hampering attempts!
At La Ceiba Kilifi will have her bottom scrubbed, new sails and will undergo a general once over.
