Pete added the last brushes of paint this mornig and by lunchtime we were afloat once again.
It's been 5 months since Kilifi was in the water and boy does it feel good to have her back in.
The refit isn't really over yet, we still have all the bightwork (woodwork) to do and at some point I have to be hoisted up the mast to paint it. But for now we can relax and start getting her ready for sea.
There are some more photos in the gallery on the website of her launch.....no Champagne bottle though, the Queen couldn't come out to Honduras this month!
