We are back in Grand Cayman, both of us to the same jobs we left last August. In some ways it feels like we never left, yet we feel as if we have traveled far in many other ways.
It's been great to catch up with friends and collegues, and for those we still have to see, we hope to catch up with you real soon.
I know many of you have been asking why we have come back here. We always said we would never refuse the opportunity to work. We cruise on a small budget so any chance to replenish funds is a blessing. Plus we have realised that we absolutely love the cruising lifestyle and we are going to take more like 13-14 years, rather than the planned 3-4 to circumnavigate at this rate!
We are both here on 3 month temporary work permits, but we may stay a little longer....more on that in the next news update.
